What an artefact is
Every entry in the ledger names the artefact that carries its finding. Four kinds are recorded, and an entry whose artefact was named but not attached stays bracketed.
Report
The written finding for a run: when it was run, which case it belongs to, what was found.
Dataset
The traces a run leaves behind, kept in full rather than summarised, so a comparison can be extended later rather than redone.
Eval suite
The probe set, its envelopes, its expected observations and its scoring rules, written to be run again by a team that did not write it.
Demo
Each probe as it was written, the envelope it ran under, and the observation that came back — so the method can be followed rather than trusted.
